Pretty disappointed at the service. The sales woman was lovely to the people before me but when I got to the counter she was blaze, did not hand me my item and walked away straight after I paid leaving my item on the counter. Really poor effort, I only spent $5 unlike the people before but to me a sale is a sale.

Came in on Sunday to buy some clothes for my kids, they didn't have it in stock so I end up buying some nice pjs. No staff on the floor all behind the counter. Got no customer service.

The staff smelt like cigarettes and it was very off putting. They were also quite rude and didn’t help when I asked. They had a lot of items on the sale rack saying $5 and when I went to check out they weren’t on sale. I said they were on that rack then they just said no it’s full price and we’re extremely rude about the situation. Wouldn’t go here again.

Great range of kids wear in the Cotton On Kids section. Was impressed they had a Metallica shirt the perfect size for my 4yo son!
