At the start of December I booked in to start puppy school in early January. Upon arrival to the first lesson I was told the class had been cancelled without any message or notice, and that the first class would begin in two weeks. I then received messages stating the days offered had changed and only one option a week would be offered. This lack of organisation has cost me time in having to reorganise a different puppy school as well as money from lost shifts.

All the staff really care and are so good with the pets. They were very compassionate when we had to put our Boy to sleep earlier this year and let us take our time saying goodbye. Fees are very reasonable too and they only do what is necessary and not all the procedures you don't need, like some vets. They really know what they are doing

Have taken my 3 year old mini foxie twice to Keith for acupuncture. Teddy has Coonhound Paralysis. Keith is very kind, understanding, not in a rush and explains everything clearly. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Very professional and down to earth.

The front of staff is rude and unprofessional. I was asked why I was calling and what I wanted from them. I explained in detail the issue with my pet yet still said so what do you want me ? I was given no other phone number to call and again told so what do you want me to do. I’m sure the vets themselves are fantastic, however have a compassionate person on the front desk.

Took great care of my boy even though he was not the best patient! Lovely staff.

Tried to get a radiograph and wa stole not unless horse is vaccinated for Hendra and didn’t offer services if horse was vaccinated on arrival. Hendra vax has caused more damage than hood In management of Hendra . Which like COVID was not at all.

I have found them to be the most caring vets about. I feel like they are more worried about our fur babies as we are.
