Had four keys cut for $37.00. None of them work. Apparently the work isn't guaranteed. Never again. Guy is a rip off merchant.

Had soles replaced for an exorbitant cost, but hey my favorite shoes. Realized not properly glued, had to pay extra for another glue job. After picking up I realized it wasn't fixed. Spending $90 on a bad job of fixing shoes.. Favorites or not, I would have been better off buying new, which is very disappointing.And a shame as I used to recommend this shop above all others..If you charge an extra $10 for glue I would reasonably expect you actually glued..and fix your previous stuff up..Not going back

I would have given zero stars if it was an option.Had my shoes repaired (sole glued back on) went to wear them the next week and they were coming apart again.Took them back and he said I can’t guarantee my work. I said to him that was the sole you repaired and he said no, this glue is so strong it holds together….If it’s so strong why can’t you guarantee your work?Hate bull*^*! artists.Save your money and don’t visit this store.
