I got a zinger meal combo.It was very busy.I live three blocks from KFC.I drove home, the meal was cold, it looked that the bag had used for another meal then used for my meal. I expected everything to be hot because of the number of people there. I will go to BM Queen next time.

Food was great but the staff member who served me forgot to put the gravy I ordered in the bag. Luckily I realised before I left the store.

They have some friendly people but their old is old and product greasy and burnt or burnt and greasy, they also manage dried out. Had a chat to a KFC manager of past and said old old. Poor because it lets down the workers… KFC charges enough to provide fresher oils and a less greasy product. The two stars are for staff not product.

The burger had lettuce as old as me on it. Tasted shocking so had to throw out. In past visits I found the place noisy with teens eating there and using offensive language. The floor was covered in spilt drink and what looked like a senior worker just walk over it and head out the door.WILL NEVER RETURN. NOT A NICE PLACE TO VISIT AND WHEN YOU HAVE TO THROW FOOD AWAY BECAUSE OF OLD PRODUCE A WASTE OF MONEYGlendale KFC much more pleasant.

Chips were fresh and luck of the draw got the biggest chicken piece. Real shame that someone had thrown multiple tubs of KFC potato and gravy around the walls of the shopping centre toilet mirror and walls.

Very disappointed. Asked to wait 7 minutes for zinger burgers to be ready....not a problem. Went and parked as directed, 15 minutes later decided to drive back through drive through to see where it was up to? the girl looked at me and said oh your the online order? I said yes, she said oh yeah I have it here. It had been sitting there the paper was soggy and I'm pretty sure there was no intention of coming out to the car at all. Not to mention the burgers were wrong which I found whe n I got home.Usually have had no problems but not this time... care factor zero!

The Worst KFC I visited in NSW. I order a 3 pieces box, and what I got is 3 very ,very small pieces of chicken plus they are very salty and dry. ( I don’t know how long they had been cooked) .The time is around 3:30pm ,the table and the floor is full of rubbish.Never go back to this store again .

KFC is generally pretty good but the experience here is rather miserable. I had to get someone to actually serve me to get my order because they don't have the self serve kiosks. It didn't look as clean as I thought it should have and the wait for my order after placing it was too long. But the food was hot and tasty. Parking there is a bit risky with the queues of cars through the drive through and out of the carpark making getting out of a space harder than getting into one and cars coming out of the drive through are usually very impatient and don't want to wait.
