I have been going to here since 2005 and wouldn't go anywhere else. Kathy (my lovely hairdresser), Laura and Petra are marvels with hair and Rebecca is a saint in the spa area. Can't rate them high enough.

As a new customer I was greeted warmly as I walked in the door, and only waited a minute to be shown to a chair. Once there I was treated by Caitie to the best assessment and cut I’ve ever had.My hair has been badly managed elsewhere for the last two years or so, but because of Caitie’s expertise, she was able to make corrections so that I walked out feeling super confident and back in love with my hair!Add to that the brow wax & tint service I received which left my brows looking natural and full, and the Hair & Day Spa Addiction certainly lives up to its name. I would not go anywhere else!

I have been going to this salon for a while now. All the ladies are lovely there. I had many hair colours done there before and wasn’t that happy with the end result.However, my last appointment, Zoe attended to me and when I raised my frustration she took the time to listen and took action to solve the issue! I want to commend Zoe for doing an amazing job with my hair colour and thank her for taking the time to listen!
