Great coaches and friendly vibe make this a great gym to train at. Classes are well instructed and organised and the programming is varied and enjoyable while still structured enough to ensure progress. Highly recommend!

Very very welcoming, by all differing age groups. Come here if you have a fitness goal, and you will achieve it. I have been here a month, and really enjoy my group sessions, the people, Johnny (instructor) is just ACE. Great place to train.

From day one I have been encouraged by not only the coaches but also by the awesome community at Crossfit Westgate. After enduring years of chronic pain I decided to try functional fitness and cautiously signed up to Crossfit Westgate....just over a year later I am free of all my chronic pain thanks to the awesome direction and support of the coaches.The environment is welcoming, fun and family friendly.....definitely the best place to start or continue your Crossfit journey.

A great, friendly crossfit. Damien's a great guy and he tends to attract great guys around the gym. Everyone there makes an effort to make you feel welcomed which i appreciated cos crossfit seemed pretty hardcore from the outside. They always let you go at your on pace, but once i settled in its definitely a great place to take your workouts to the next level. A great place with a great vibe, i cant recommend it more highly!!!

This gym is a truly local and friendly space for all levels and ages. The community is welcoming and supportive. The coaching is based on long-term and healthy approach to technique and skill development. Plus, there are variety of membership options. Really recommend it!!!

Great space, plenty of room and ample equipment - although the real draw-card is the coaches. Class athletes in their own right, they are incredibly helpful in keeping you motivated, engaged and injury free. Couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone of any skill level. They also have an ex pro weightlifter running weightlifting classes, which is great for people who prefer the oly lifting side of CF

Fun, friendly environment. Coaches are very knowledgeable. Training is scaled and catered for all levels of fitness and ability. This makes the whole experience so much more comfortable and less daunting. A real family and community atmosphere. Love coming to this place every morning.

I've been with the guys at CrossFit Westgate for 4 weeks now and have had nothing short of a ball. The trainers and other members are all wonderful and incredibly supportive. I joined having never tried Crossfit before and the support i received has made this experience an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend Damo and the guys at CrossFit Westgate, you cant go wrong with this bunch!
