Elite Photographics had taken photos of my sons graduation ceremony completing University. The photos are beautiful.The most important part also is the amazing customer service I received from Billie. Billie contacted myself after I attempted 3x to get the correct layout of photos I wanted for the storyboard package.Billie, went ahead and emailed myself 5 different ideas of photos to use in the storyboard package, to which I picked one out. Thank you so much for your time and effort, and especially your great customer service.Such an asset to your team.

Shouldn't have to wait 5-10 business days to remove the watermark off of 5 digital photos. This is on top of the 4 days I had to wait between graduation and the photos being uploaded on their website (even though I was in one of the first ceremonies)... on top of the almost 2 weeks I have to wait for them being closed until 9th of January for the holiday period.I was hoping to have these photos pretty swiftly, so this is not worth the $165 price tag for 5 digital photos at all. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have not bothered with the photos during graduation and would have gone somewhere else. Plus, other universities' graduations I've been to for friends had photography studios who provided one free 'souvenir' stage photo printed out for them that they could collect after the ceremony - Elite was asking $40 for the same thing. Awful.

They claim that one of the reasons QUT has selected this company is based on 'competitive' pricing. As if $69 for ONE digital photo is competitive. You're better off hiring your own private photographer for $200 for an hour with your friends and family rather than spending $295 just for a measly 10 photos from Elite" Photographics. The only thing elite about them are their prices."

Billie, the lovely customer service lady helped me to sort out my graduation photos, not only that she noticed that I have closed my eyes on the photo I selected and she highlighted that during our telephone conversation which I even didn’t notice when selecting my photos. She is very friendly and I highly recommend her

This place helped me get photos during graduation that were beautiful. Its very difficult to make people pretty when lit from belowq yet somehow they get it just right! There was a small snaffoo where my photo was missing but Elite photography made sure to keep in touch with me regularly so I got it. As a student I have financial struggles but Kirrily kindly just gently reminded me understood the TWO MONTHS I was unable to pay!! They managed to keep track of my photo even after waiting on me for ages. They are not only kind but amazing photographers working in subpar conditions but making flawless photos.

Kirrily worked with me to ensure I had many options available to me and was very supportive and patient when I was having difficulties understanding some processes. It’s been a pleasure communicating with Kirrily.

Kirrily was very helpful in locating my graduation photos which were taken in December of 2022, and organising my order and shipping. I want to leave a review to say that Kirrily is doing an awesome job, very much appreciated. God bless❤️.

Our digital photo order hadn't arrived in the estimated time. After I sent an email the other night to see if it could be looked into, Billie and Kirrily found there was a system fault and had it sorted out before 10am the next morning. Very quick, very efficient and very pleasant. Great customer service!
