The team at ARB Brookvale are great.They have some of the best customer service i have experienced in a long time.They get stuff done, done right and on time and their after sales support is brilliant.I highly recommend them.

Really good experience with these guys. All the workmanship was excellent. They missed and Andersen plug in the fit out and I rang and told them and had me in and ready to go in less than 2 hours. Would highly recommend.

Recently had a GVM upgrade installed on my Troopy with ARB Brookvale. Brilliant customer service from Mark and the forman, ?Graham who were happy to answer any questions, made sure the spring ratings were right for my setup and made me feel comfortable getting work done with them. They also got an sourced an extra part and arranged for it to be delivered overnight when one of my previous modifications got in the way of fitment of the standard kit. They were competitively priced compared to other dealers and could fit me in at relatively short notice. The suspension upgrade has completely changed the car, it turns, stops and rides so much better. Can't recommend the Brookvale store or OME suspension enough.

Mark and the team at ARB brookvale were amazing and super helpful with setting up my Ranger and making it ready for any adventure, looking forward to testing it out.

Staff are friendly and informative as well as prompt to follow up orders, calling you to let you know when your product has arrived. However they were not very helpful or empathetic towards my problem that I presented to them with a product I had purchased at ARB Brookvale. I bought a Fox Wing Awning from them which they did help install free of charge. However when it broke they refused to admit it was their problem and said warranty would not cover it. The awning had snapped and a bit of plastic was stuck in the hinge. With their power tools it would have taken maybe 30 minutes maximum to help me fix the awning bracket but instead they ushered me away and attended to priority jobs that were paying more money than I was at the time. Not a great attitude towards young, potentially long-term customers. Good Spanner are much better and I will be going ahead with some large scale modifications with this company down the road.

I would like to thank ARB and more specifically ARB Brookvale for their continued support in dealing with matters pertaining to my LC 200 set up. Without going into specifics, they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating and I thoroughly recommend this team to get the job done.Thank you Adam, Graham and Mark and to the back of house guys and gals who sorted out the nuts and bolts.Absolutely first class.
