I have been using their services ever seen I arrived in Victoria, got referred from a friend. All kind of alterations, I got all my jeans from the lightest to the heaviest altered here. They are above expectations with blazers and vests too. Highly recommended!!!

Had a hidden zip replaced in a work skirt, poor finish on the stitching causing it to start to come undone after being washed had yet to wear the skirt. They also forgot to sew back in the loop to hold the top of the skirt closed (hook and eye). Have had to get the zip re-done. Also when I went to pick up my item they couldnt find it for almost 10 minutes.

Got a repo-ww1 tunic. I had, due to rapid weight gain, taken out the pleats and ripped off the belt in desperation at an event.Tried to fix/modify myself, couldn't do it.Lady was kind, understanding, and quick to come up with a solution. Couldn't recommend enough. Top score. Good price, great service.
