Tim Pardoe is an excellent architect. He designed the renovation of our heritage-listed house, seamlessly merging the original cottage with a modern extension. I had been a fan of Tim's designs for some time and was delighted to have the opportunity to engage him. My project, a new build on 10 acres that was to incorporate an existing structure had many design limitations such as trees, prevaling winds, a building envelope that was sub optimal plus extensive client expectations and all within a very limited budget.Tim listened carefully to the brief and steered me through the processes of matching expectations to budget, never an easy process but Tim was a skillful negotiator. His preliminary designs were well considered and gave design options that were both workable and stylish.I enjoyed working with Tim and will always be grateful for his insightful designs, sound advice, knowledge and understanding of development and planning regulations and unending patience. He is highly recommended.
