QWS Welding Supply Solutions
QWS were prompt with problem solving when I called, but the website is misleading, especially when buying electrodes. They are listed by per KG price not per packet price, so if you try to order a quantity of 3 ( in my mind, 3 packets) the system gives you 3KG but the packets weights are 2.5KG you cannot buy 3kg but are billed for 3KGI have been refunded the difference, but only when I queried. Welding electrodes are bought by the packet, not by the KG, your system makes purchasing your electrodes very expensive and is unnecessarily complicated.Had I not called would I have been refunded the difference, not sure...

I ordered a welding cable and some lugs and asked on a side-note if they could crimp them on as I don't have the right size crimping tool. Sure enough the cable came fully crimped, heat-shrink over the connectors, ready to use. Great customer service, quick turnaround, I shall be back.
