The plumber that presented from the Grey Army was a level above the regular trades person in my experience. He recognised the problems right away, suggested different solutions to meet our needs, gave us a quote considerably lower than others and was a delight to have in the house at all times. His years of experience and understanding of what we wanted helped us to regain our faith in services of this type. From now on the Grey Army will be our first stop for any work needed around the house. Many thanks!
