Please avoid these scumbags. No matter how much you take care of their property and how clean you leave your room/house, they'll deduct a fair amount of money from your security deposit. Cherry on top, their staff becomes extremely rude and pathetic once you take their property. To cut in short, stay away from them. Period.

Western Keys Real-estate is a wonderful company to deal with. I have been a tenant of theirs for just over a year and the low number of maintenance problems I have experienced have all been dealt with promptly, without any issues. They have even proactively fixed things that I was willing to let slide.There was a possibility that I may have fallen behind with my rent due to health concerns and they were ready to accommodate. Thankfully we did not need to put those plans into action, but it was reassuring to know that I had options.I think it is beneficial that Western Keys Real-estate is a smaller company because it allows them to treat me like a person and not just a tenant or a number. All 3 staff members are very professional and friendly. I can tell that the relationship between the company and the tenants is extremely important to them.

They have looked after our property for 18 years in Currambine, fair to both tenants and owners. We are that impressed with their services we have now asked them to sell the property.

We've been dealing with Western Keys since our investment was built over ten years ago. The staff have always been professional, friendly and very supportive when there have been issues with tenants which we have had in the past. They went out of their way to ensure we got everything we were entitled to and anything they could not do, made sure our insurance company had all the relevant information required. We are always kept up to date with any information we need or requests from tenants. Reports are always completed on time and no stone left unturned with inspections. Our current tenant is truly amazing and we are forever grateful they found her. That in itself says they listened to us, and our needs and wants in a tenant. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Western Keys

WARNING TO ALL. Do not work for this company if you are a cleaner. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Absolutely zero communication even debt collection agency got involved. 3 and half months of calls, texts emails waiting for one invoice to be paid, and then still not paid the full amount even after legal action. If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT USE- PROVIDING DANGEROUS HOMES FOR RENTWestern Keys allowed me to move into a home that was NOT to Australian standard; missing an RCD, smoke alarms, sewerage install, lighting install, security.After many months of avoiding my communications, requests for safety checks/certs, Western Keys denied being below the electrical legal standards, but offered to break lease ‘no additional cost’ instead.After end of lease, Western Keys sent an electrician to attend and fix the reported hazards after tenancy, and tried to add this deduction to our bond-release.Final inspection was completed 2 weeks after we gave keys back, and Western Keys asked tenant to return to mow the lawn again. I declined.Accessing Magistrates Court was the only way to settle my bond.Western Keys are not for the tenant, and have very little understanding of legal and safe residential standards.DO NOT USE WESTERN KEYS
