Have had my Subaru Forester looked after with Mycar Northcote for a while now and have always been happy with the service. Recently had an issue fixed with my car and was particularly impressed by the new manager's service and care. He was really professional, trustworthy and lovely. Even knocked a bit off the price as my car is such a lemon! A good service with real integrity. Really nice to receive such fair and personal treatment.

I went here after taking my car to another mechanic who didn't do a great job. Mycar Northcote were amazing and thorough with their work and went above and beyond to get my car fixed and sorted so it was safe for the road. Stefan was great at communicating about what needed to be done and also gave me pricing before he did anything. I would 100% recommend this place. The team cares about the customers and you know you can trust their work. Thank you mycar Northcote!

Went to MyCar Northcote as I need 4 x new tyres. Spoke to Tony the manager there, real top bloke that guy! Really listened and took good care of me! Got me a good deal on the tyres and was very pleased with the short efficient time they took to make the change over. Will come back soon for new tyres with my other car. See you soon Tony!

I normally go to my car epping but once I heard Stefan was moved to my car northcote as the manager I followed. I have been taking my vehicle to him for about 4 years now and Stefan has always been honest, respectful and caring towards me and the needs of my car. Where ever Stefan works that’s where I’ll be going as I know my car will be well looked after and the job will get done properly.Would recommend mycar and Stefan any day of the week

Came in with my Xr6t today, car was running very rough and stalling at a stop and wouldn't stay running unless some throttle was given, I couldn't be more thankful that mycar Northcote was so close by, Stefan was able to diagnose and fix the issue without having even looked at the car which turned out to be a loose sensor on the throttle body elbow. I couldn't ask for nor have I experienced a more well spoke, professional and knowledgeable mechanic, would highly recommend.

Friendly service, walked me through all the service options, opted for additional diagnostics. They followed up with unforeseen faults and issues to provide an update and authorisation to rectify to avoid nasty bill surprises or un rectified problems. Cant speak highly enough.

Dropped my tyre off last Friday, didn’t leave sny details and the lead guy at Northcote MyCar didn’t need to take down any of my details and he says ‘pick up Monday this time and it’ll be ready.Went back Monday @ 4:30 pm and Voila! Tyre is ready, same price as quoted,, top hassle free service, thanks mate!

I had my car serviced today at My Car Northcote and have to be honest Stefan & the team were very professional, thorough and very honest. Stefan was very honest with his recommendations advising me my 2 tyres need to be replaced & he proactively ordered my tyres to be replaced tomorrowThank you Stefan.
