Sunday the 23/4/23 came here because of asthma playing thrn said I have to do a covid test but I no it's asthma and the reception lady very rude saying my pension card and Medicare card not valid saying I have to pay 75 dollars to bad if my asthma played up very bad while there plz don't come to this place needs to be checked over by the health/government

Scummiest medical centre.I was told it would be around 45 minute wait to see a doctor as a walk in. I’m still waiting here over 2 hours later for what will be a 1 minute consult. The receptionist told me there were 3 patients in front of me and I would be next. When the 5th patient was called, I mentioned it to the receptionist and she basically said “OH WELL”.I would’ve left if I knew how long I would’ve had to wait for but the receptionist told me 3 patients. I won’t be coming here again. What a laughing stock of a medical centre. The receptionists are horrible and rude and the doctors don’t care at all.

beyond disappointed with this practice, just keeps getting worse & worse. been coming for 4yrs now & doctors honestly don’t seem to know what they’re doing. when i have telehealth appointments i have to book pretty much a entire week in advance & they still do not call… when you have a booked in appointment, usually you still have to wait 1-2hrs to see your doctor which is ridiculous especially when it’s been prebooked for a certain time. doctors disregard how your feeling. the nurses are lovely however but it’s just such a shame the practice keeps going downhill. looks like it’s time to find a new practice for my family as this one definitely doesn’t prioritise our health sadly.

Receptionist Jenny was amazing with so many patients and phone calls! Yes there is a wait but Dr Virk was very caring and gave me the time needed to help me.

Absolutely horrible medical centre as the front lady is rude and disrespectful.. that was my first and the last visit to the place. We are going to a medical centre as we aren’t well, so they should treat us kindly and respectfully. The front lady should have to have these qualities. I didn’t see a doctor and came back after that conversation. I would have told these directly to her, but I was not in a condition to talk at the moment.

Took my 3 year old to see a doctor he had no flu like symptoms, however after waiting an hour the doctor refused to see my son as he didn't have a pcr or negative rat test. My son is on the autism spectrum and has sensory issues so covid tests are no easy for us. The doctor's response was that it is my problem and that we were potentially contaminating her office. Zero compassion or duty of care. We ended up going to hospital, it was not covid related!!

Very unhappy with their services. Yesterday was the second time I went to a doctor here and they have completely dismissed me for my health. I came yesterday because I have had a sore throat and a cough (not COVID) and explained to her that this is the 2nd time in the last three months that this has been an issue for me. She completely dismissed me and told me to just drink more water ... I drink 3L of water on most days! How much water can I drink!The last time I came here last year for a similar issue, another doctor told me that I needed to sit in the sun. This ended up causing me to be put on a steroid puffer by my regular GP because it was not properly addressed!I booked here because my normal GP is shut for the week. I am never returning here again!

Rude receptionists, don't answer their phones. Rude doctors, nurse that treats you like she's better than you because she's in a uniform. Honestly do not know how this centre is still running.This surgery has you preferring to sit at home sick rather than deal with the headache of dealing with any of them.Richmond Marketplace should do an overhaul of this practice.

The worse receptionists ever dealt with. Booked at 1pm appointment and had to wait for 3 hours despite of coming on time. It’s blown my mind dealing with this type of people worked in the reception

Absolutely horrible medical centre. The receptionists are rude, the wait times are over an hour whether I make an appointment or just turn up. I have only seen one Dr, but she is awful and it feels like as if she is clueless. She has no sense of humour and I feel completely uncomfortable around her. I'm refusing to go back there and I'm getting a second opinion from another doctor. If I could, I would give NO stars!
