I’ve been buying off St Frock for years. Every item has always arrived in a timely manner, excellent quality. Any customer support issues (maybe three in as many years) have been addressed quickly and professionally. Love this online store!

I bought the Kaitlyn Midi Dress for my baby shower and it was absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable! The customer service was amazing, with the brand even reaching out over social media to thank me for my purchase and provide a discount code for my next purchase. Would highly recommend this brand!

Love my dresses. I initially ordered 2, 1 was a perfect fit and beautiful. The other, the style did not suit me. The return process was simple and don’t cost me anything. I then ordered my second dress and I love it. I was so apprehensive when ordering due to the comments but I am definitely a happy customer. I like that 2 can buy 2 sizes if unsure and return one and get a refund.

I have recently bought a beautiful dress from this shop, but my discount voucher did not work.The team member Hazel was very helpful and my card was topped up very fast, so I did not miss out on the promotional offer!This was a very nice surprise to have experienced such a great customer service! Mostly good experience. Just beware that they only give credit rather than refunds. One dress I ordered was not right size (although was my usual size I order from them), so returned. As I brought it on special, when I have to reorder at correct size with the credit, I will not get the same price as the sale was only for 72 hours. Would be nice if you are exchanging for another size that they could honour original price you purchased it for.

BUYER BEWARE! St Frock will not refund your money, for any reason!!If you receive a faulty item from St Frock you will not be able to return it for a refund.St Frock demands photos, identification markers to be submitted to them when they send you their faulty product - all sort of hoops for you, the unlucky purchaser - to jump through before they will provide the return code. (IF they provide a return code at all, at this stage they have refused to do so despite repeated requests).Even though - as they are aware - this is in violation of consumer rights.Instead of a refund, you will only ever receive, a credit note, and this is valid for only 12 MONTHS.Go shop somewhere that will actually provide a genuine returns service, as expected from an etailer.Recommend Birds Nest, with 12 month returns and full refunds, no questions asked.Or any similar online retailer who understands how ecommerce works.

Amazing and very swift service. Needed to change my order due to an error and it was rectified within about 20 minutes. This was my second order with St Frock. Beautiful clothes.

I decided to shop with this online store based on the positive reviews. However, I am actually disappointed because I received another customer's items in my parcel and my dress is yet to arrive. I have returned the items I wrongly received, and a week later I haven't had any response to emails, phone messages or through chat in regards to my order. I am hoping this negative review will grab someone's attention and have my problem resolved.

Thank you St Frock team your service is amazing!!!I have ordered from you many times before but this time I was desperate to receive my order within a short time frame. The team answered by emails promptly and had my order out to me in 2 days. I ordered 2 of the same dress in different sizes to cover all bases and I'm incredibly happy with style & fit of 1 of the dresses. Having ordered many times before I was fully aware of the store credit for returns, which I personally have no issue with but it is also a pleasant surprise to be able to get a refund on the second dress I will be returning.Keep doing with you do St Frock :-)
