When I did my apprenticeship when I was 15, I learnt the value of having a good sales rep. A representative came and left a good impression of himself and that business he worked for, this was two decades ago.Two decades on, I run my own business and I'd have to admit I do not order much from Mitchell Group. But when I do need something.. one call to Mitchell Group and I get the the information received and a call back if follow up is required as good business would do.Special thanks to Dorothy and the staff at pick-ups for value in the service always received.

If i could give no stars i would.Visited the show room today and was greeted by a lady with the worst customer service skills I have ever seen!!No help, no product advice, no enthusiasm at all in what she was selling, just its over there go look yourself.Felt like we were interupting her morning.Maybe she was having a bad day I don't know, but from this experience we will be going else where to find our benchtops.Fingers crossed she gets some positive happy vibes sent her way soon, otherwise she maybe causing the company a few jobs!!
