Creation Homes NSW

We recently purchased our home through Creation Homes (Sydney) and an investment property through another cheaper builder. I rarely write reviews but our experience with Creation Homes through the Sydney branch was night and day to what we experienced with the other builder. The Creation staff were helpful, accommodating and understanding at every stage of the process. Our home was built on time and was exactly what we expected and were told. A year on from our purchase we have no issues or signs of issues with our house- A Quality builder. We have recommended Creation Homes to many of friends and family, in hindsight we should have bought our investment property through them as well.

Bought a home and land package with Creation homes few years ago. Moved in 7 months ago. The quality of material used is not the best one. finishing job is shocking. When asked to rectify issues, customer service after hand over has been very poor. I will definitely not recommend Creation homes to anyone i know.

My house completion was as scheduled. Customer care took good care of any of my enquiries after sale. Good quality finishes. No problem with valuation.

I have been happy with the service Creation homes NSW have given my husband and I so far. We are so excited to move into our new home, we love the design and the quality of finishes.I would recommend this builder to others who are looking for affordable house & land packages around Sydney. Good value for money.

No stars from me. The company use unqualified tradesmen and the result was messy. The staff not open to talk and very arrogant. Cornices are crooked and cracks everywhere at the front. Company is not keen fixing anything. Stay away from this unprofessional builder! I don't recommend to anyone.

Built with them at a premium price. The front yard keeps on flooding every time when it rains because of the poor drainage system. Need to dig a trench and install a grated drain and concrete the base and discharge the storm water to the closest drain."Reported this to builder and referred back to maintenance guy called Martin. To my experience in real estate most of the homes after handover face issues. I haven't had any serious issues as of yet (Been in my house for 3 months+ and counting).I personally want to thank Grant (Supervisor). He is the go to guy for any issues. You throw him a problem he responds back with a solution. As a customer, you wish you want to have your home's construction in such hands.I would also like to thank Yudi, our first point of contact in creation homes. She has been professional and been proactive in resolving and handling any concerns we been through in our house and land package journey with creation homes.The after sales I received/receiving is phenomenal and has met my expectations. So thank you creation homes!!

Great to do business with Creation Homes. Tom Christou was the site superior. He is so professional and has a great attitude. He's done the job perfectly and we are so fortunate to deal with him and Creation Homes. Highly recommended.

I run a landscaping company and quoted a job for this company, after 1.5 months of sharing my license, insurance, white cards, fill up all swms and safety data sheets for all materials, tags for electrical tools and so on and on. Several site visits and then one day before starting date we received an email that senior management decided to put landscaping work on hold, we emailed them again multiple times to see if the job is still happening and never got a response. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional, I had to pay for my staff 2 weeks when they were sitting home because of this situation.

Please read contract very carefully before you go with them. You may not see anything wrong in first two years from your house built, but problems problems come to you in following years, and they would only say these problems are not warrantable. They may used some low quality materials in somewhere you could see, be really careful.
