Do NOT use PRECINCTS ATM’s. my withdrawal of $1,000 cash on 10/12/22 was retracted back into the atm and I was told that it would take 19-45 days to get my money back. They have failed to respond to my bank ANZ when they raised the dispute on 3 occasions. Will be taking action at VCAT to recover MY money plus damages I have endured. I encourage everyone not to use PRECINCT ATMS.

I got ripped off by $300, he said the different was because of the service fees and he thought he would get away with his action.I do not stand by any injustice treatment from people like this (I think he got away before).I have worked too hard for my dollars to give to my mother and when this happened I was very disappointed. I have tried many calls and no realistic help left me more angry.In the end of my 14 days visitation in NZ, I returned to Melbourne airport and approached the company on the same day and I am still annoyed and appalled they still don't admit or apologized for their mistake. I got my money back through a different staff, because I will not let him get away this time, the man did not even come out to talk to me or apologized in person just sounding through the other end of the telephone.Do not trust them at the airport, make sure you do your calculations.

I attempted to withdraw my money via an atm that Prosegur own and manage. The atm displayed “out of order”,transaction slip advised that the transaction wasn’t completed and their so called help desk ( operator called himself Mark) was completely rude and unprofessional said I had to wait 48 hours, now money completely gone from my account and a bank dispute had to be raised. The call centre appears to be run from India, your information is put at serious risk dealing with this company. Avoid dealing with this company and the precinct stand alone atm’s at all costs if you value your own money and sanity so much stress and loss of my time raising the dispute with your bank, and I’m still missing my own money which is held up in the banking system.

Well organised company including following protocol's policy and procedures well managed.Strong training skills for anyone who wants to move forward with Prosegur and have long positive experience. Got your gun licence and heavy Vehicle truck licence, I personally recommend anyone to join Prosegur now.
