TRACI values apparently apply to frontline staff only. Management talk a big game, but leave home services and facilities CHRONICALLY understaffed. People and Culture take far too long to onboard anyone. There are some truly wonderful people working there, but they get overloaded to the point of breakdown. Steer clear.

BAPTIST CARE HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING. I HAVE THREE LADIES CAROL, LORRAINE AND BEVERLY WHO HAVE BEEN SO CARING AND UNDERSTANDING.THE TWO HOUR TIME WINDOW GAP HAS BEEN STRESSFUL WITH NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENT. NOT KNOWING THE TIME I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS OR BE LATE NOT KNOWING WHAT TIME SERVICE IS.THIS NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED URGENTLY FOR THE CLIENTS INTEREST NOT BAPTIST CARE.ONE LADY USING MY COMPUTER AND ASKED FOR MY PASSWORD AND MOVING MY FURNITURE AROUND WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND NOT CARING. NO RESPECT AND TELLING ME IM A HOARDER INTIMIDATING. I FOUND THIS INSULTING.THANKYOUJOAN FLOOD

I went for an interview at Baptistcare, the next day I was told I had got through to the 2nd round and that they were sending me for a medical which i did and was fine. It then took them over 2 weeks to make a decision and I was left hanging on not knowing whether I had got the job or not. I guessed that their 1st option candidate was taking her time in coming back to them, all the while I was out of work and desperately wanting to know if I should have to continue looking for work. Having to wait over 3 weeks from start to finish is FAR too long and I think that you should take into consideration that everyone's situation is different and be honest with people rather than keep them hanging on!
