I had a toilet installation completed by Hobbs, after being given the run around by a different plumber for a month. Hobbs were very easy to deal with, the reception staff were friendly and were able to book my job in within a few days, the tradesman arrived on time, was polite and completed all works to a high standard, very professional buisness. I would use and recommend again without hesitation.

We had a whole bathroom renovation done by Hobbs recently. Throughout the entire process we were impressed with their efficiency, attention to detail and professionalism. They operate as a well oiled machine and navigated unforeseen issues with ease and without delay to the overall project. My hot water system blew and I contacted Hobbs late Wednesday afternoon. Lee turned up on Thursday morning, very polite and a lovely man. He gave me a quote and explained everything to me and said he could have my new hot water system in for lunchtime that same day. I found Hobbs and their boys a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them highly.

We had Hobbs put in a charge system and build a retaining wall. They were quick reliable and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend Hobbs to do any work around your home and won't think twice about having them come back to do more work for us

The level of service from Hobbs far exceeded my expectations- they even took the time to notify my neighbours about working on the road. I called around for quotes to connect sewer and water (from the opposite side of the street) and Hobbs were on site the next day. They were the only company to take the time to provide a detailed quote which included liaising with Council to obtain approvals to close and excavate the road. They notified the neighbours about the planned works- I don't think other companies would bother to do that. I was kept updated throughout the process as they worked through delays with Council and Sydney Water. They really went far beyond the level of service I expected- a great local company that I will happily use again.

Hobbs completely transformed my kitchen, laundry, and bathroom, and I feel like I live in a new house. The quality of the renovation was second to none - months later I'm still in awe of how thoughtfully designed and expertly executed the renovation was.And what a pleasure to work with the team! Throughout the process, every member of the team at Hobbs was fantastic. The team members really know their stuff, aren't afraid to shut down a poor design choice, and can make the most of the space and the budget! The handover between different contacts was seamless, and I enjoyed interacting with each of them. Fast and efficient and explained the issue and how to maintain it.Also checked all the outdoor drain system and clean that as well.Very impressed about the service.
