In April-May 2021 my ducted heater was blowing cold air so I called the service and got the quote of $300 to fix the pilot. In August 2021, my ducted heater blew cold air again so I called the service and this time, they said there's dirt accumulating in my system so I had to pay $150 to have it cleaned. And now in Oct 2021, my ducted heater blew cold air AGAIN so I really lose trust in this service and I don't know whether I paid for nothing. Don't waste your money !
