I can understand that you were busy but please stop promising you will get back to customers, and then don't. I ended up having to go with another company. Thankfully they were fantastic with our move so all in all we did fine.When we finally received our quote from Hitchens (after our move), the rate seemed a bit high in my opinion.Just my personal feedback. I had made several attempts to phone your office after a day or so and then each time promised I'd get something back soon or that day. I got the quote back on the 21st and your availability was far too long a wait. It would be much more appreciative if you would have advised of your unavailability instead of making customers wait for your price. It wasted so much time!

I would highly recommend Hitchens Removalist. The service was BRILLIANT! The four gentlemen that came were so obliging and helpful. Nothing was a hassle for them and they took extreme care with our furniture. No damages and we were over the moon with their polite service.

Hitchens sales team were wonderful and courteous to deal with at all times and the removalist team were quick and efficient when handling all my storage boxes and furnishings. We have no hesitation in recommending Hitchens Storage and Removals they are at the top of their field. Hitchens, last week, completed a removal for us. It was seamless and the boys doing the job, Alan and Warren, gave 110%. Nothing was too much trouble. Hitchens office staff were always available to answer questions and again all office staff rate 110%. The girls are pleasant, courteous and know their work.
