Extremely poor communication and the most disorganised company. Seems walk-in customers arent as important as their commercial connection to the ford dealership.Never replies to emails or follows up on customer enquiries. Wasted so much time trying to give this place business and ended up going somewhere elseDisappointing cause I'd had such a good experience with a TJM in Sydney
