Unleashed Dog Behavioural Training

I enrolled for puppy school. Whilst the people I dealt with were nice and friendly I would not recommend them to anyone. The Class size was too large for young pups and there was a lot of time spent standing around whilst the trainer talked which is not great for your pup. I have had other dogs so I didn’t need a lot of the reassurance talk around raising puppies. My main objective was to socialise my pup and refresh myself of the cues for beginning training. I only attended 2 of the 5 classes paid for and was not contacted by the organisation to ascertain why or if I was happy after not attending the final class so haven’t had the opportunity to give them feedback. The summary of the days’ class emailed as homework was helpful but not worth the money I paid for it.

We are currently working with Shannon to help with our dachshund's separation anxiety. She's an IVDD survivor and we have now developed serious dependency. After two sessions we have been able to correct some behaviours already. This is a process and know that continuing with Shannon we will reach our end goal of a happy and carefree pooch when we are... and when we can't... be home.

Shannon is absolutely fantastic! She has so much knowledge to share and is someone I would recommend to anyone wanting help with their dog. She is always there when I need to ask some questions/advice and will even give up some time on her weekend to help.

Retaining Shannon to assist us with managing our much loved but highly territorial Hong Kong rescue dog was the BEST thing we have ever done! Barney is a much calmer and manageable dog and by implementing the techniques and routines Shannon has taught us, we are now able to safely introduce visitors to our home. we love UNLEASHED! my trotty pants kelpie, Poppy is a completely different dog thanks to Kirsty and Shannon! She walks calmly on loose lead walking, has learn't her name (yes, she had been scalded with her name previously so wouldn't respond to it in a positive way), to focus and to enjoy the company of other dogs! They've helped me, help my 3 yr old rescue to become a happy , obedient pooch. Can't recommend these guys enough! we've done two level one sessions & we'd do it over again! stuck with Charlie, Poppy & I for life now!

Erma our GSD started in Puppy School and has worked her way through to Life Skills, we have also used Shannon and Kelly's service of Walk and Train in home service for when my partner and I are at work longer than usual. It gives us peace of mind knowing she is in safe hands. Shannon and Kelly have helped us overcome training difficulties and give us the feedback we need to move forward.
