The reception staff are just amazing, always make you feel welcome and just a great friendly bunch of ladies. I believe Dr Mary lumsden has done this practice proud. She has an exceptional crew who try their best to see everyone, this may not happen all the time but it's not their fault. Great team

Didn’t get to see the doctor I arrived on time to find no car parks so I drove up the road and parked my car then walked to the surgery one person in line before me chatting to triage when I went to check in she said do you know you are late? This is now 9.05 for 9 appointment so sat in waiting room triage came to me said make another appointment as dr is to busy no one in waiting room but me so I left with another appointment and know antidepressants with out my medication I am severely depressed and can’t function properly now I have a week to just have my script repeated

First time Cooper been here. doctor Claire Van Breda was lovely and made cooper feel comftable. Also Kathy( receptionist) has always been of great help fitting us in when needed.

Reception staff were rude.I didn't have a mask with me and was told to go to IGA or the chemist to buy one in the pouring rain with 2 children in tow.The dr couldn't even use my daughter's name instead calling her little girl even after she said my name is Ella"Very disappointed that the once loving caring service has gone."

Every Dr I have seen there has been great, especially Dr Claire van Breda. She has been the best Dr I have had and so glad she is now my babies Dr too :)

What a good experience. Dr Claire was amazing, so easy to talk to and extremely thorough. I felt very comfortable and relaxed discussing my problems with her. The ladies at reception were very helpful and pleasant too.

Today my appointment was a spur of the moment booking. There was no problem getting an appointment.Dr Brurbury was promt checking my problem and organising a script.How could you not be happy with this type of service.They are an amazing group of medical staff.
