I have subway everyday for smoko so I have a good idea of prices and quality of the sub. This new subway lacks in both ive been over charged and under charged many times, and for the quality of the food I always get a chicken schnitzel and everywhere else they’ll always cook the chicken first and then toast the chicken with the sub but here they just cook it all in one go cold chicken getting toasted with the rest of the sub. Which always leads to me biting into cold chicken. It’s disgusting get better workers instead of hiring children. Get new workers otherwise the clear choice is going to keperra for better service and food.

Got 2 subs the first one the lady kept man handling it pulling bits off and putting it in the bin, it was soggy from her using her hands to press and smoosh it together. The second I had to wait for meatballs to be heated as none were ready and I was happy waiting but to then make my sub and I get home and the meatballs are that cold they are almost frozen is absolutely disgusting. It’s not hard to heat food I just did it at home and it took 45seconds. Will NEVER BE BACK

Great subs and lovely staff.For a new subway store the staff were fantastic, everything clean and even though it was pretty busy when I was there the line moved quickly.Sub was delicious and we will be back!

This store is still awful. I thought when they moved they might improve but nope. Saturday night 6:30pm and the two girls were too lazy to cut more tomatoes, prepare more olives or have cookies made. Just said there was none. The Bain Marie was filthy with foods all mixed around. They made the subs terribly. They did not heat up the pizza sauce on during toasting. The bread was stale. Won't return. Will go to Everton Park instead. Didn't get a receipt so couldn't make a complaint on the website.

Went in and ordered 3 pizza subs and a meatball sub. The subs were the best I have tasted in the area and have definitely improved since the last time I came. The staff seemed to be lacking a little bit of confidence but overall it was amazing!

Food was overwhelmingly average. Bread cut wonky, filling wasn't spread, and vegetable slices (tomato, cucumber etc.) were massive. Every time I've been, the staff have seemed very young and inexperienced which isn't their fault at all. Makes you wonder how bad management must be though that they can't train their staff properly.

Was excited to have a Subway re-open at Arana Hills. Unfortunately there have been issues. Two orders sent out with no drinks. The staff are very young, and I think struggling a little. We've all been there, but where is the owner? I actually emailed the owner with my concerns, but so far no reply. I guess there is your answer!

been numerous times in hopes the customer service would be better but very wrong.every time i’ve been had very poor customer service and received the incorrect ingredients on our orders.most recent order i waited for over 20 minutes for my order to be ready and got home to realise they had over cooked my chicken schnitzel, had to have my food go cold whilst they tried to make it correctly and even then had cross contamination throughout my wrap.never seen a manager present and staff don’t appear to be trained in either good customer service or preparation of food.

Never again will l return to this store. Staff don't seem to be happy. Didn't even say Hi how are you. Or what would you like. I had to start the conversation. Asked for a large Seafood Salad in a bowl. Looks like l ended up with an extra small one. And had to repeat myself several times as too what l wanted. Very poor customer service.

First time I went in, all bread was burnt and all the filling fell out . Today I’ve just come back with a seafood sub, that’s fine, but the serving boards were covered in food and crumbs, they needed a clean down. There was seafood in the tuna, olive in the lettuce chicken in the cheese. Now I’m talking lots of food but still spilt over. All in all it would have to be the worst subway I’ve been. The girls were ok but very young, they need to learn more about clearing the counters of food. Very disappointed for a new shop
