Not everyone would respect your urgency, but Bens Automative does (from my experience).Customer service at Bens was super explanatory which included briefing around the cost and service options. It was super amazing to witness that proper handover was given to me during car pick up which included information about what got changed & complete description of codes & what it meant.“Felt like complete shift handover was happening at RDH. Only place I would take my car for servicing. Very reliable and honest team. explained everything about the things done and the probable upcoming needs.

I had to make a booking two weeks in advance, they were busy. The gentleman on the phone is very direct, saying there could be a wait. I went in for a rego inspection as my Rav 4 was due. Would have given then 5 stars but no one is perfect. Pricing for inspection was standardised. It appears they are slightly more expensive for service and repair, but quality and good service makes up for it. Would recommend to get my car serviced with them.

Ben's Auto are honest, quality mechanics. I have never felt like they were overcharging, as I have with other mechanics. Ben and his team are all very kind and respectful.

The guys here were so helpful. They took pics and printed for me, even put the car up on the hoist to show me the damage so I could understand and relay to my sister.
