The Play Cave
I recently hosted my child's birthday party at Play Cave and I must say it was an amazing experience! The team, especially Afa and Kellie, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The hospitality was top-notch and the food was absolutely delicious. My child and their friends had a fantastic time exploring and playing in the cave. I highly recommend Play Cave for any kids' party. Five stars all the way!

I used to take my eldest here about 4.5 years ago it was so well kept. I went back last weekend with my second child wow so different rundown, dirty food has gone really down hill also. Rodent bait really close to the ball pit.

First time being here and kids' enjoy their playing. Pretty small for a play Centre but the 5 Levels play area enough for my kids to burn their energy.Few things need to be better such as more car sapces, more light, renovations on the whole play Centre etcBut overall, its good play Centre for resonable price.

My kids love it, and I think it was a great place. However now it seems to be a bit neglected. The ball pitt for example needs lots of new balls. 'the tree's is half broken. Will update this review to a 5 star when those issues are fixed

Worst experience. The lady I dealt with was always rushed and hurrying me whenever I tried to have a discussion regarding hiring the venue for my sons birthday. This was a huge red flag for me and I should have listened to my gut. I was impressed with the look of the venue so went ahead anyway. The experience on the day was terrible. They had the venue packed to the brim (and we were not made aware there would be so many other birthdays on) no one could hear each other talk, it was just screaming and shouting and a cramped space. There were not enough tables or chairs despite giving them exact number of attendees. The vibe was totally off, disorganised and rambling, like the lady who took our booking. They didn’t even provide a cake stand, when they do party hire as part of their regular business. Not even a name card showing it was my sons birthday in particular room. I had around 12 adults and our tables weren’t even next to each other, there was no indication of who was meant to sit where. Chaos. I will never recommend this place nor will I book a playcentre for birthdays going forward.

Just had my daughter's 6th birthday here. Not your average play centre. Party rooms are decorated really well with different themes. Food is pretty good quality. Everything is clean and tidy. We had the princess room with about 20 kids and their parents, they accommodated us well with other parties happening at the same time, which did not make it feel crowded. Staff were courteous, professional and helpful. All we had to do was turn up with a cake, they took care of the rest. Would highly recommend this place, and will be holding future parties here. We'll done guys :)

When we arrived, there were no carpark spots, so we had to park across the road at IGA. Then when we got to the entrance, they made us wait for over 15 minutes to serve us. The ladies there tried their hardest to be polite, but it was obvious they didn't enjoy working there. The food was okay, nothing special but also nothing offensive. There's a play area for toddlers and a small area for younger babies. Our toddler enjoyed himself and loved playing with soft ball gun/cannon but most of them weren't working. We like that you only had to pay a fixed fee and the child can play as long as they want instead of charging by the hour like some places do. Overall, it was okay, but could do with some improvements in their service and play areas.

Very happy with The Play Cave. It’s a medium sized play centre (bigger than Joshy’s and smaller than Jungle Buddies). The larger play area has a lot to discover (the cars-which look like you have to insert coins to operate- were not working). The smaller 0-3 yr old’s play area has a great fluoro slide and a small ball pit. Can’t speak for the coffee (as in another review) but our guys polished off the kids fish and chips in about 5 min! It’s pretty clean and the service is good (about 10 mins wait for food on a 60% capacity day). The entry price is right ($15 at the time. Will definitely be coming back. Cheers!
