Cloud Radiology

Very disappointing experience. Have been in the past and was fine. This time however when booking the receptionist was very confused what I was trying to book.. perhaps didn’t understand correct medical names? Then I mentioned I had same scan a few months prior. Asked more questions then necessary about what and why I was having the u/s it was very personal, I have previously done this job elsewhere and she did not need me to divulge so much info, she was quite abrupt and rude on the phone. It was busy when I arrived but no smiles, no greeting, just a number. Sonographer was friendly however being told a story about doing a scan earlier in the day that was ‘actually medically necessary’ to save a life….. awesome? Perhaps discuss with you coworkers as you don’t have the full context of why I am here… After the scan she went to check my previous and in the middle of cleaning myself up she bursts back in without knocking, while I was still not dressed! Yes such small things but all leaving me feel like just a number and barely an acknowledgment of the receptionists on the way out. I won’t be back again. I am really over the health system not treating patients like they matter and having chronic and painful health issues, I don’t need to go out of my way to feel like that!

I was recently referred to Cloud Radiology by my doctor for an ultrasound. I was made to feel welcome and seen to rather quickly. The genuine care and concern the staff showed me during my visit was an experience I had never had before. I felt like the team knew me well and treated me like a long term patient when it was just my first visit.It is so reassuring to see first hand this level of care and commitment to patients is a priority to business.

I recently had an Ultrasound Guided Aspiration and although I am normally quite nervous/anxious, Dr.Crawford and his wife were absolutely amazing! From putting the needle in to talking to me and allowing me to feel comfortable, I highly recommend Cloud at Strathpine. The receptionists are lovely from when you walk in the door to when you leave. I will not go elsewhere if I have the choice!

Best practice service with a smile. The receptionist and radiographer were skilled, efficient, and friendly.

I had a dental scan here the other week. Great place it’s clean, quite and the receptionists were very helpful.Great waiting times, we were done in less then 10 minutes. Awesome Radiology I highly recommend.

Great reception staff and ample of parking. Had my nuchal ultrasound here today the lady sonographer who did my scan was very lovely. Exceptional service. This is definitely a place where I would go to have Radiology done.

I would give NO stars if possible...but ***PSA***CLOUD RADIOLOGY would appear to be absolutely incompetent. I made my appointment last week, read out what was requested directly from the referral. Arrive for my appointment today, fill out paperwork only to be told the doctor no longer does the tests I needed. My guess is the doctor took 1 look at my MRI report & decided I would be too hard to perform the procedure on. Given where I have worked, I have heard doctors do exactly this type of thing, so Thank You Cloud (pffft, got your heads in there), for wasting half a day for my partner ~ UNPAID & for adding to the emotional rollercoaster I have been on since my injury over 3 months ago. Zero stars, Zero competency, Minimal professionalism. Avoid this place like you would avoid Covid!Cheers BigearsRogue

I absolutely love the way this practice operates. My gp has sent e-referrals here, & the calls from Cloud are always so prompt, such a rare thing in this day. I've had steroid injections to the shoulder here too & the procedure was so different compared to another place I went to: quick, easy, so well done. I absolutely love the time & care everyone here puts into the people & how they maintain such a small community feel about them. I've been recommending them to everyone I know. Highly impressed every time.

Friendly, polite and efficient customer service focused as you approached the reception area. Prompt and professional from all staff at this clinic. Ample parking space. Well sign posted the radiographer Jo was very nice and made me comfortable the whole X-ray procedure. I highly recommend this clinic .✨️✨️✨️

Had multiple scans done and a couple of injections, staff are always professional and helpful.
