Very poor professionalism. No receptionist. Doesn’t answer phone, doesn’t return ph calls nor reply to email lacking in professional manner yet charges top end pricing. My doctor referred me to see this psychologist after the sudden death of my parent and yet no courtesy to even respond if not working or at capacity and at least to refer elsewhere or give an explanation. Huge letdown and I have just suggested my doctor in future to refer patients to a more accomodating and respectful professional in this field. When in crisis this is not how one expects to be treated.
