Castle Hill Carpet Court

I went to carpet court under the guise they were a reputable business. When I first visited the showroom, staff were friendly, helpful, and requested full payment prior to the job starting. On completion of an unsatisfactory job, it takes considerable time for them to return calls and showroom staff don’t appear to communicate sufficiently with the owner.The new carpet on stairs has visible gaps between the wall and carpet, you can feel the nails under the carpet as you walk up the stairs and both bedrooms have visible lumps. Although not an issue with previous carpet, I was told it’s a sub floor issue and not a fault of carpet court. However, at no stage of installation did Carpet Court call to discuss the apparent issue.I would not recommend this franchise to anyone.

Had a really good experience from the time we entered the shop, carpet selection process and the installation.Josh and his team had an extensive selection and listened to our needs and what would work in the house.Great service in delivering the samples to match the house and selecting the best product and colour for our needs.The installation process was smooth and the team were friendly, neat and tidy and did a great job. Left no mess behind while assisted with moving of the furniture before and after.Would highly recommend Josh and his team at Carpet Court in Castle Hill.

We are very disappointed with the service from Castle Hill Carpet Court. They installed Laminate Flooring in one room of my house in February 2019. It carries 25 years warranty. The Laminate strip they used was of very inferior quality as it only 3 1/2 years and several chips are coming off it. I went to their showroom on 8/9/2022 and showed photos of the strip to Mitch Blanks who said he will get it replaced soon and asked for more photos, which I emailed to him that evening. A few days later, I rang him to remind him and on 25/9/22, I sent another reminder and more photos by email. Mitch Blanks has not taken any action so far and does not respond to my reminders.This service from a trusted business is absolutely disgraceful, and I have made a complaint to NSW Fair Trading about this.

I cannot speak highly enough of Carpet Court in Castle Hill. The entire process from choosing the carpet, measuring up, quoting, keeping me updated and finally, installation has been seamless. Everyone I had dealings with was friendly, professional and knew the business. I am thrilled with the new carpet and the laying is perfect. Considerably better quality and laying than when the villa was newly built. Thank you to all, especially Khilona and Mitch.

I went to Carpet Court at Castle Hill because they had the best reviews in the area. While I didn't find their range to be great for what I wanted they were happy to order in for me. Being asked to three quotes before a decision was made was always met with courtesy and promptness. They were very patient and not at all hard sell.The carpet layers were exemplary. They are the sort of trades you want in your home - hard working, great at their job, tidy, polite and quiet (no boom box). They came when they said they would and took pride in their work. Thanks so much.

Was a pleasure to have carpet court do some work for us. Extremely professional and most importantly on time. Communication was key and they kept us informed at every step of the process, from material being ordered to material being delivered to booked in install date. Job was done within the time frame they specified with a quality finish. Would recommend Castle Hill Carpet Court any day of the week.

- Flooring moving up and down - the boards unaligned -boards squeaks since day 1 till now.- No customer service - they do not respond to calls and once they respond they come and take boards off and make it worse.- 3 months since installation and same issues and defects raised from day one is still as is.- They use labour that do not know how to speak and they scratches kitchen island and careless about our belongs.- We hear all excuses about the weather and moisture despite it is their responsibility to ensure they done the right checks before installation.- We could not rest in our newly build house for three months now due to the continues issues in the flooring.- They give appointment to come and then they show with no labour or no material.

We had previously used Carpet Court Castle Hill 8 years ago when we first purchased our house, then again for floor boards in 2019. There was no second guessing about using them again for the 3rd time last week with new carpet.Carpet Court Castle Hill are the best in the business. Very professional, great communication, fantastic products, easy to deal with and delivered on time as promised. I would have no hesitation in recommending Josh and the entire team at Carpet Court.

Huge shout of appreciation to Josh and the team. They provided me with a highly competitive quote (saving me several hundred dollars, and for a higher quality carpet too) and made a team available to remove the old and lay new carpet at pretty short notice, with the result looking great!

We purchased laminate flooring from Carpet Court last month. While the product itself was fine, the tradesmen installing the flooring damaged the skirting boards considerably (we had asked them to remove the skirting boards and reinstall them when we had the flooring put down).I expressed my disappointment regarding the damage done, and they offered to install new skirting boards free of charge, but I would have to buy new skirting boards, and therefore pay more money. When you pay a few thousand dollars for a product and installation, you expect more.I felt I should not have to bear the costs for replacing the damage they caused, but I have had no reply to my emails and telephone calls. I left a message requesting the manager call me back. 13 days later and I am still waiting.
