As much as I don't want to give a poor review but I had a house inspection today and the person that came to check the house was nitpicking at everything in my house. I have never encountered someone like this person ever since I moved to my house which has been more than 3 years. I'm just disappointed in the way the person checked the house and their attitude.

Macquarie Realestate can turn your complex into a ghetto real FAST .! They don’t take matters seriously and tend to place blame on the owners and residents who have worked hard tirelessly over the years to make the complex what it is , comfortable safe and enjoyable for the residents.Your rental management team act like they run the show, they might manage a property but not the complex . Pick your game up residents are fed up !!Century 21 L’pool One of the best local agents who respect and know the hard work and efforts owners put in .Straight from the horses mouth! “in a strata complex your agencies concerns should be that your tenants abide by Strata by laws”Your rental management team need to go learn basics of realestate before they strut around like they own the whole complex and feed false information out to new tenants .There are many more owners who should also be of your concern !

David͏ is gem of a person - Top classDavid was so patience and persistent during the entire process of the sale of our house.Market went down due to interest hike but David and team ( Brook and his boss, my apology I forgot his name) worked relentlessly to get the best out of the market and got us the best price we could get in the current market.They manage to sell my property in just 4-5 Weeknd open house.On the settlement day in-fact David came to help to move the household. In my life I have not seen real estate helping client with moving their house in-fact he wasn’t shy to vacuum the house.
