Terrible customer service. 3D mapping old. Charging old credit cards that shouldn't even be on file anymore since they've been updated. No response to emails.

I wanted to look at some properties using Nearmap. Website requires you to speak to a salesperson and gives no other information. I received no call and had to call Nearmap, salesperson was very rude and informed me that Nearmap only offers minimum 1yr subscriptions for minimum $3,000.Hopeless company and terrible service...

They took all negative tops' from me : disrespect of customers, poor service and take money for nothing" service provider. Huge waste of my time & money. Avoid 100%!!!"

Beware of the terms of service. It is an expensive subscription and they auto sign you up for the next year.

I had been a Nearmap user for a few years and when time came to renewal, I chose not to review as I no longer had a need for their product and let my account lapse. Nearmap contacted me after the renewal date" and said I am forced to renew for the whole year as I didn't cancel a minimum of 7 days prior to the anniversary of my contract.They then chose to send a Letter of Demand in spite of my polite request to them that I had no further need and could they cancel it from the point where I first notified them.They continued to insist that I am obligated to continue the subscription for a whole year and are chasing me up for 12 months payment in advance.I advised them of the ACCC's policy on unfair contractual terms (UCT) and have made a formal referral to the ACCC.I have yet to receive an intelligent reply from anyone in the company."

Purchased a month-by-month subscription and tried to get this upgraded for a temporary requirement I had. Not possible" and I'd need to buy an annual subscription. Of course it's possible - they just don't want to. Completely ridiculous company."

Very clunky enrolement process to enrol for a one day presentation. Wasted 20 minutes then tried calling main switch goes to voice mail.
