Work suit alterations ranging from thick woollen jacket to normal work jacket, all 3 done in 1 day to perfection. I found her service through google and read the review and decided to go for it. Did not disappointment. Will use her service again.

I had never gone to Raghda before but saw the reviews on google and thought I would give her a go. I used her services for taking up two pairs of jeans, shortening a dress and taking off the sleeves of a dress.She advised that she would need a few weeks as she was very busy and this was fine for me as there was no rush. She had the items completed and ready for collection within 2 days and the work she did was fantastic! Would definitely go back! Thanks Raghda!

My recent experience with this tailor was extremely disappointing. Not only was the tailor rude and unhelpful, but she couldn't provide any explanations when I asked how the pants would look after fixing a hole. I believe it's essential to know if the two pants are wearable before spending $40 on alterations. Then she claimed to be busy and showed no interest in assisting me. It was a frustrating and unprofessional encounter. I would recommend finding a more customer-oriented tailor who values their clients.

I've used Raghda service twice now and it has been an extremely great experience. I had some alterations to a couple of suits and jackets which came up great. Extremely friendly and accommodating to my requests. Very reasonable pricing and turn around time was great as well.I will be back for sure to have a friendly chat with Raghda and have some quality alterations done.
