Regency

Great customer service from the lady at the show room but I'm afraid the same can't be said about their rep who has no idea how to to his job, arrogant and no manners. What were management thinking when they employed him. Obviously they weren't thinking.

Recently our bathroom was renovated beautifully by a company, and carried it out extremely professionally and carefully, to deliver a beautiful outcome. However, when it came to getting the shower done; which mind you is the final step to the bathroom being fully functional, it has been a complete disaster and a process that is yet to be completed weeks after the bathroom was in fact completed. Regency had come a few weeks ago to put the shower screens in, and were unable to put the door on, so we have had no choice but to shower with no door, (which is a huge pain in the behind). In addition to this, Regency has said they will come on numerous occasions to finish this simple job, yet when that 'day' comes around, it is pushed back yet again. At this point it feels like we will never be able to use this bathroom to it's fullest, as we are constantly let down by Regency. I could rip a little harder into this matter, but I choose to leave it at this. Please go elsewhere...
