Such an amazing brand! South St’s loungewear pieces are the best quality and what I’ve been living in this winter. The Chaddy store and staff are great and so welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for good-quality, always-in-style lounge wear.

I love this brand so much! In store interactions are always pleasant. Whenever I'm feeling a day of just wearing comfy clothes, it's always my south st clothes. I'm honestly in love with the style. :) I can't wait to buy so much more!!!

Came in earlier today, and had the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life, the kid that was serving me was arrogant and rude and genuinely made me feel uncomfortable to be shopping there. I felt as though I was being judged and unwelcome - I had overheard conversations between the little boy that was serving me and another worker making comments about my weight and size. Honestly it is so disappointing as I have shopped here numerous times and I have never experienced this sort of service from any other workers. Given it is 2023 and it is a supposedly high end store I gather that more training should be implemented and necessary as this kids behaviour was unacceptable and has ruined my experiences with south st.

The best experience, had a query which was answered in a day. Angelica was so helpful and cannot fault customer service in any way. Order arrived within 2 days and the items are such high quality. Would definitely recommend and will be buying from here again.

I was in Melbourne for a work trip, thought I’d pop into the South St Chadstone store for a quick shop (I couldn’t resist) Great customer service, the staff were really helpful, over all a very professional experience!

Honestly the best casual/loungewear brand EVER!! Half my wardrobe is South St and every piece fits so nicely, is of such high quality and is super comfortable.The ‘no plans’ sweatpants are undoubtedly my favourite and have been a staple in my wardrobe for 4 years now!

After spending $60 on a tee, I was very disappointed to find the neck had shrunk after the first wash. I made sure to follow the care instructions, and yet, it was completely unwearable. My head no longer fit through the neck. The rest of the tee remained the same size.I reached out to customer service, provided photos but they were unable to assist me. Stating they don't know whether I followed their care instructions so they cannot provide a refund. Instead they offered a $30 online credit.The last thing anyone would want is to buy another item from a store with such poor quality and customer service.Ultimately this is a breach of ACCC's consumer rights as the product has either one serious problem or several smaller problems that would stop someone buying the product if they knew about them beforehand" and "can’t be used for its normal purpose"."

Everything from South St is by far the best quality! I love every piece I have received. I received 10/10 customer service every time speaking to Santana, I couldn’t speak more highly of the assistance and super helpful for the fast responses! Couldn’t recommend more!

I do love South St but my friends experience sort of put me off. While at check out the ladies serving were commenting very loudly about how they thought she smelt and judging her choice to buy a crop top. It was so judgemental and humiliating, especially for the fact they were basically talking about her to her face... was really disappointing

Have purchased a few things from South St before and can’t fault the quality of there products. However, how do you have one physical store but no sizes in stock? Every item I asked for my size they only had L - XXL in everything! Staff were okay but just sent me to the online store instead which defeats the purpose of wanting to try the stuff on and purchase in store.
