When my poor mum had a fire in her apartment recently and the range hood was literally smoked, we reached out to Home Appliance Rescue to save the day. Campbell came to the rescue in prompt fashion and installed a beautiful new range hood where the existing unit had been - top job all round and very pleased with the service. Now I can enjoy Sunday roasts with mum again, Campbell might even get an invite!

Great service. Good value. Prompt and efficient.I made a enquiry and Campbell was back to me within a day to ask a few questions about the issue I was having with a dryer. I sent him a few pics of the machine and described the problem. He determined he’d be able to fix it and quoted me a price on the spot which was very reasonable.Campbell and his offsider turned up next day promptly and quickly got to work without wasting time.They did a great job and charged what they quoted.Great to get a service where you don’t feel ripped off!Would recommend Campbell based on our experience.

I recently had Dave came out to repair our Bosch dishwasher. I can't rate the service high enough. Firstly, Campbell was quick to respond to my booking request and get me a time. When Dave came out to investigate the problem, he took the time to actually figure out what the problem was rather than just writing off the dishwasher, and explained the problem really clearly. I needed an additional part, and both Dave and Campbell were upfront about the cost and gave me the choice to go ahead or not. Really honest, reliable and thorough service.

When removing my old dishwasher, the service person knocked a small hole in the wall in my stairwell. He apologised, and told me his boss would give me a call.Campbell then called and told me there was nothing he could do, and implied that I was at fault because I had not informed them about the stairs. On a job with stairs, two people should have been called out, he explained. I replied that if one person caused damage doing work meant for two, it sounds like their fault. He then changed his excuse and said that they were not liable for any damage caused because they had exercised 'due care and diligence.' I asked if one person doing the work of two constituted 'due care and diligence.' We went around like this for a while with Campbell offering different, often contradictory, excuses. Finally I asked for a discount, and he refused.Campbell was otherwise polite and the service was otherwise adequate. But I still have a hole in my wall.

Called Campbell this morning to book a service on a broken washing machine. He was able to provide me with a diagnosis of the issue and provided excellent guidance with corrective action to rectify the problem. Repairs completed without need of an on-site visit. One very happy customer. Thanks Campbell!

We were in a bind when our washing machine stopped working. Campbell was fantastic in diagnosing the issue and attending to fix it within a day. His polite demeanour and friendly attitude only enhanced the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again if required.

Campbell fixed our oven and was highly skilled and professional. Whilst here he was also kind enough to fix our leaking fridge, which is not normally in his repertoire - but was much appreciated! Highly recommend Home Appliance Rescue and will definitely use them next time.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need any repairs done, there is no one better than Campbell. He went over and above to fix my washing machine. The whole experience was great, Campbell was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The part that impressed me the most was the amount of care he took ensuring no water went on my floorboards or any mess was left in my apartment.
