Overall a great service, with friendly and helpful staff. Great food and good atmosphere. Big size TV in the room with a great casting feature. Allows you to watch anything from your own phone. Because I have Netflix, Disney+, Prime, Binge etc. I could watch all my favourite movies and shows.The rooms are average they are cleaned daily, which for me was great. But the overall cleanliness wasn't the best. They need to get a bit more thorough and clean some cobwebs from the room. Appart from that, everything else was fantastic.

I've never stayed at the hotel part but the recent renos to the restaurant patio were a great change. Lost a bit of the playground and the permanent shade over it though. But the extra seating outside and the deck + bar are great. Would be nice if they asked for the rewards card when you pay, considering how much money we spend there. A bit of consistency with portion size on the bbq/smoked meat platters would be nice too. We've bought the two person meal and it was the exact same (if not less than) the one person meal. Yet its double the price. Was quite disappointing.

Wow! What a place for food and drinks.Loved it, service was quick and food was good.Decent portions and value for money.We tried their chicken and stake and it was very tasty, well cooked to the point we asked for, Friday and Saturday were pretty happening live music and a lot of ppl around.

Had the caesar salad. It was absolutely delicious. The lady who took our order could do with customer service training. I do enjoy the atmosphere of this hotel. Bar staff are really friendly.

4 last visits have had issues each time. All staff but especially in the kitchen need some customer service training (manners, tone of speaking, language)The food has been ok but not fantastic and there’s always at least one thing wrong with the order everytime.Wait times are through the roof at times which I understand it gets busy but the food still seems rushed and on our last particular visit we waited close to 50 mins and the vegetables and chips were cold on arrival. We persisted and ate them as we were not wanting to wait any longer with our young and quickly becoming restless, hungry children.Not entirely sure we’ll be back again in the foreseeable future

The rooms were not clean, the carpet is stained and even the sheets had marks and stains on them.Apart from that, the location is awful as the bars next to the hotel create an insane amount of noise. The windows do nothing to limit it inside the rooms. Also it’s definitely not as cheap as it should be for this performance.

Beers always taste 10x better after a couple weeks in the field and these were no different.Great interior decorations and high level of cleanliness. Definitely stop by if you’re looking for a bite to eat or some nice, cold beers to drink.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely time there. Room was nice. Bed is king-size. Breakfast was fantastic.. View from the top is beautiful.

Room 151 should not be allowed to accommodate guests. There is no sound proofing and the beer garden is directly below. There is no straight simple path to anywhere else you might need to go, I counted, there's 12 turns, 4 sets of doors, 3 bars and 2 restaurants to pass to go from room to reception.Wifi doesn't work, carpets are threadbare, curtains are broken, walls are damaged, Toilet seat broken and bathroom a feeling of unclean.More comfortable to get in a fight and spend the night in lock up.

So I Had booked two weeks in advance for my birthday dinner and when we arrived to the venue. I was advised that my booking wasn’t present or didn’t go through the system. I did try to contact the venue ahead of time to see if it was booked but no one answered the phone and no response to my emails for further information.We was seated by a beautiful young waitress who helped us immensely, moved some table and chairs to accommodate us, super sweet, great attitude and customer care was on point! Shout out to her!But besides the few hiccups, the food and cocktails were impeccable and very good atmosphere.Just to be safe please check with the restaurant staff or front desk about bookings because it may or may not be present on their system. Even if You received a confirmation code.
