Solar Water Wind

I enquired with Solar Water Wind about getting solar installed on my roof. They responded quickly and gave me a better quote than I had received from another company. They communicated well from first contact to installation, I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking at getting solar panels.

We discovered that old panels were hail damaged.SWW took photos (turned off as dangerous when damaged) Wrote report for insurance.Claim was approved over the phone.Old panels were removed.New panels were installed efficiently at the agreed time.So far so good

The installers worked a very long day and were very diligent.Thanks to SWW for organising this. We are making electricity again...

I highly recommend Solar Water Wind! My old solar system had ceased working and while other companies just quoted on replacement without even bothering to actually come and investigate the problem, Solar Water Wind came out, explained the problem and discovered it was storm damage that could be claimed on my insurance. They provided detailed reports to send the insurance company and advised me about dealing with them. Their staff were friendly helpful and highly professional and supported me every step of the way with updates on progress etc with getting approval for govt rebates and all the way through design of the replaceent system and install. Very happy with the results.

Fantastic, old fashioned service. Tradesmen turn up when they say they will. Solar Water Wind assisted with my insurance claim which was accepted immediately by my insurer due to the credibility of SWW's well researched and presented report. I couldn't fault the workmanship and knowledge of the installers. Great job, thank you
