Spotlight offers more than you expect and with great customer service. Was great to be apart of their loyalty program as I try and create a local kids ‘just create it’ Mother’s Day competition for our community. They provide wheelchair accessibility and even where possible will help you with your goods to the car.

I often go here for all my craft needs. But recently went to request some gender reveal poppers, which Spotlight stocks. I handed over the slip of paper and asked if the young lady behind the counter could accommodate my request. She was very obliging, collected the two poppers, blacked out the gender on both the receipt and poppers and even shielded the POS screen from me. This made for a wonderful surprise gender reveal on New Year's Day after the countdown to midnight. Thank you so much to the young lady who helped this happen!

We were in Spotlight on 19 Jan and 6 Feb and both lots of staff were wonderful. Its a lovely way to spend time... roaming through all of the beautiful products and having a laugh with staff.

I've been here a few times now, staff are friendly and helpful. The shop offers a great range of home products at good prices, from linen to quality fabric this is a good starting point.

I shopped at North lakes spotlight today at 11.30 and was assisted by Riana at the checkout and would like to commend her for her excellent service . She is polite and knowledgeable and is a great asset to spotlight !

Great store however customer service is lacking. The mature woman who served my mother and I in the fabrics department did not appear to happy to begin with and once we asked for our measurements of fabric, it became obvious she did not want to work with us as shown from the way she poorly handled our fabric. I suggest a review and training in customer service for staff.

Good store, would be really helpful if they stick to their stated opening times though. Got here on Sunday and it was already closed, even though it said they are open until 5pm. Really annoyed as I wasted my time & fuel.

We bought blackout made to measure curtains in January, installed in April. They're not the greatest quality, we're getting 2 remade due to cracking of the backing letting light through. Initial istallation was terrible with them not bringing enough hooks the first time and then not coming back to finish the job, not to mention terrible creasing from the transport and it's taken about 4 months for the creasing to drop (they don't steam them in your home). Warranty is only 1 year. Customer service with everyone was horrible with unanswered/unreturned phone calls, being placed on hold for crazy amounts on time when you do get through, and terrible advice from the sales team - the exception to this was Kerri who is the manager at North Lakes who was very nice and actually helped us rectify the problems.

well done spotlight on sending me text messages about 40%off sales... it worked to get me in store. staff were helpful and friendly and was easy to find what I was looking for.
