My 7 year old son loves going to ABK. The mix of non-competitive activity and mindfulness is a perfect way to prepare for the school day.

Actively Balanced Kids is such a great activity for kids to learn mindfulness and creativity. ABK has assisted my 6 year old daughter build confidence and how to manage her emotions more with various tools she has learnt through weekly lessons at ABK.

Actively Balanced Kids
My daughter has been attending classes after school for over a year now and absolutely loves them! It is the one activity she has actually stuck with and hasn’t changed her mind about. Amanda and her team are fantastic and go out of their way to incorporate a number of activities that are not only fun but help build resilience and regulate emotions.
