Very hard to communicate with man with the beard. Confrontational and demeaning. Doesn't know much about the business he serves. Someone else stepped in and processed my request in seconds. Beardy man was absolutely dumbfounded by my request and how the account system worked. I advise to buy online as the in store process was a nightmare.
