Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Food was amazing and we were very well looked after by Mateo on the bar. The whiskey flight experience was well worth it and awesome knowledge and he didn’t get sick of our questions.

Great service!From meeting us at the door to showing us to the table, the service staff were awesome. We have a keep bottle on the wall, so we enjoyed a drink whilst waiting for our food to arrive.Our entrees were very nice and well presented. The vinaigrette was a bit much, could do a little more on flavour profiles with maybe some smoked shallot or something. But tasty none the less. Antipasto was good too.Steak was on point and recommend. The duck was also very delicious. We shouldn't have ordered the fries as it was too much and the greens were nice but didn't need the chilli.Overall very good service. Will be good.Oh and the 2 beautiful girls singing, were very talented and will be calling them for one of our gigs. Thank you for the night.

We had dinner here on Saturday.The restaurant is beautiful and the decor is very elegant and funky. I feel like I’m in a posh restaurant in the CBD!The food here is amazing as well. I had the pork loin which was soft and cooked the perfection. Everything on that plate complimented with each other. The truffle chips are delicious too.Their cocktail selection is fun and interesting. I like that they describe the cocktail to give you and idea what to expect. I really enjoyed mine which was chrysanthemum, it was indeed floral, herbasceous and elegant. Big thumbs up.The most satisfying dish was the dessert. I saw the video of creme caramel and it was exactly like the picture but better. The burnt caramel flavour cuts through the sweetness and elevated the dessert. The mousse was soft and smooth but not too sweet. Fabulous dessert a must get if you’re a caramel fan. I’m not a big fan of caramel and I still fell in love with it.Overall a wonderful experience and would come back again to try other things.

I can only speak for the restaurant side of things. The ambience is beautiful, and the food tastes great. The only downside is the portions. For drinks and food, be prepared to get less than what you paid for. It's not cheap either. In saying that, give it a go if you live in Western Sydney, saves the travel.

Not sure where to start with a bitter sweet experience. The food was tasty and the service was attentive and friendly. But the prices …. across the menu were crazy expensive for small portions. For example: $54 for a 2cm cut of salmon and 8 mussels, that was it. No fries, no veggies, nor even a bread roll. Surely this could be worked in for $54.This restaurant is in the Hills not on Sydney harbour; and even it was, I would still expect some trimmings.Then there is the risk of the $80 cancellations fee, for a restaurant that was only half full - maybe that is why it was only half full.So, enjoyed the evening, but price and the miserly portion size will not see me return.

What a wonderful Friday evening…It all began with a friendly greeting at the fancy cellar entrance as we were walked to our table.We’re immediately offer something to drink and our polished waiter (I’m sorry I forgot his name) even recommended some specialities from the Bar while we settled in.. and he had as at cocktails.. lol.The wine list is quite impressive and compliments the menu created by Head Chef Alex K and his crew at Sarino’s.We decided to go for the Degustation and that was a great decision as every single dish was superb… each one better than the last.A touch of a luxurious ambiance which is quite nice and different.The only piece of criticism would be for the acoustics, as it was a bit difficult to understand the descriptions and commentaries by our waiter about every course. Other than that it was a perfect, fun evening.Highly recommended

Sarino's definitely exceeded our expectations! Tucked away in the Norwest it is local gem, the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic. We went on a Gin and Jazz Thursday and it was amazing! The band was spectacular and just added to the already awesome vibe of the place. Food was quick to serve and delicious to eat, service was also very responsive and polite. I will definitely be back here and bring some friends next time!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with an 8 course degustation at Sarino's. Both of us enjoyed the ocean trout course the most. It tasted as beautiful as it looked! I felt the menu was a little heavy for a degustation...bread, pasta and creme caramel were all very filling, despite the small servings, but other than one of the pieces of duck being quite sinewy the food was delicious and the service was fabulous. The anniversary card signed by all staff was a lovely thought to help us celebrate our special night.

Delightful hidden gem in the Hills district.. no need to travel to the big city when there is such quality and elegance so close by.Could not fault the food, service or atmosphere.Certainly will dine here again soon.

Nice fine dining in the hills. Great menu, especially the entrees. Bar has a great selection of wines, scotch and gins. Great live music as well.
