Wauchope and Allison have been our agent for 11yrs. In this time I have found the Lj team to always be respectful to our needs and have great communication on what and when it's happening.Our rental was sold and Allison and Laura went above and beyond to make sure we had a home to move into.Lj will also let you know if you are unsuccessful with applications unlike one other I won't mention.Thank you for making the process of changing homes easy for us with the current rental crisis.

As a landlord i have found staff at the office extremely helpful at all times, especially Cassandra and Gloria, who went out of her way to deposit rent fortnightly for me. Cassandra was always easy to contact and quick to respond both to me and my tenant. She has been friendly and helpful and nothing was ever a problem over the last few years.
