Coles Brighton Le Sands
Changed the opening hours without telling anyone.Self service checkout always closed later in the evening. I’ve worked all day.. I hate waiting in queues at night to pay for groceries. Also had 14 full chickens on display at 11:45pm at full price, think you would mark them down for people to buy them.

Some of the floor staff members are a bit out of control. Might need to be disciplined. I didn’t feel relaxed shopping there considering it’s a beachside store.

The store is very clean and has nice wide isles. But this last visit, at least 3 staff members looked me in the eye, smiled genuinely, and wished me a good night! Well done! Excellent customer service!!

Local Coles that never seems to get too busy, making it a nice place for locals to shop. However, being a slightly smaller Coles, there's no manned in-house sections like a delicatessen or bakery and all products are thus delivered pre-packed so doesn't always have the full variety that's in the larger Coles stores.Service is standard, but often there's more night-fill staff rather than regular assistants around during the day if you need help in the aisles. There's undercover parking available on-site.

Update: Coles now stocks Abe’s Bagels - yum!I love this little local Coles. It’s well stocked, tidy and the staff is friendly. It may not have all the variety that larger supermarkets have but for the day to day staples, it’s good.

Great store. Has a lovely, friendly vibe and a good selection of products. It's quite small for a Coles supermarket but I really like that - it's not overwhelming. I almost always get the products I want and the staff are a highlight. They're always helpful and friendly - especially Christina - she goes above and beyond to help.

Very accessible place and stock is always fulfilled thanks to the lovely staff who I see always stocking up. I would like to say thank you to Yiani or Yianny is very nice and has a great smile. I would also like to say thank you to Angelina she has great customer service and always ask about my day, also very cute.

purchased coles brown rice from Coles Brighton Le Sands. and put it in a Tupperware container. less than 48hours later I saw some bugs crawling in it - ruined my whole meal prep week :(
