ARB Thornleigh

Was helped out by the ARB Thornleigh crew with some 200 series items. Was told elsewhere I would be waiting for two months… these guys had items in stock and went out of their way to assist me.Really great service and knowledge of their products. I’ll definitely be using the Thornleigh branch again, even if it is a 1.5 hour trip to get there !

I called into ARB Thornleigh with an electrical issue with my dual battery system. The lads were extremely professional and very polite. They sorted my problem out and gave me advice on what to look out for. I am very pleased ARB Thornleigh want to help other out. Top class service without a doubt

My partner and I recently bought a new Toyota Hilux and had BT-50 shocks and springs fitted and a few other items added as well. The service we received from ARB Thornleigh was amazing. They were extremely helpful and responsive. The store manager Jimmy also went above and beyond when we had any issues. We will definitely be getting all our accessories through this store in future.

Jimmy at ARB Thornleigh is a legend. I couldn't find the security driver bit required to adjust my ARB spotlights and had searched every tool shop and online store and couldn't find one. But Jimmy came to the rescue and he found me one in the workshop.Great service and support for your products guys, well done.

We recently got ARB thornleigh to install a gvm upgrade on our chopped 200. Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable they were extremely accommodating with changes in when the car could arrive and did the job efficiently. They were also helpful with other accessories for the car and had the most up to date knowledge on the arb range. Even though they are a 6 hour drive away I wouldn’t hesitate to return for extra work

This is my first 4x4 and I have been told a million times go the best or have to buy twice. Or cheap stuff breaks down. So following the advice, I went to ARB Thornleigh. The whole process has been unreal. The whole team, even the business owner all answered millions of my questions plus more. The adive I received was second to none. Almost like the team were picturing my car if it were their own. And that made me feel in safe hands.Once my car landed, it was straight of to the thornleigh team headed by Nick. My car was sorted very promptly. I even received updates which only fueled my excitement. The car was completely immaculate when received.To Nick and and the whole team, thanks for making my this experience an absolutely flawless and thrilling experience.Now I have to save up for more parts. Ordered my product over the phone, they got it in stock within a few days, staff helped me carry it to my ute, no problem.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Lance, this guy is why I chose to use ARB Thornleigh even though I live an hour away from this store and have 2 stores much closers.He listened to everything I had to say and worked with me for the best possible outcome on my brand new car. He has even impressed me that much, I have already asked for another quote for more works to be completed.

Jimmy and his crew are amazing. I bought this Rhino Rack's newly released fairing for my Toyota Prado. I spent 3.5 hours, but unable to fully install correctly. Was guided by Rhino Rack to my local shop ARB Thornleigh. Within 5 mins, Jimmy's team successfully put the fairing in position, job done! I was impressed by their expertise, great customer support and hard working. My son was impressed with their clean, well presented shop and the wonderful off-road products. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer since 2012 and in that time ARB Thornleigh Mannell Motors have fitted out 3 of my cars to my specifications. They always do quality work and maintain high standards. As someone who is quite particular I rest assured that my vehicle is in good hands. My latest 2020 Hilux has the works done to it by ARB Thornleigh and I am pleased with every single component from the suspension to the bar work, the snorkel and especially the electrical. They really delivered on my brief.
