Oh my goodness - my Iphone11 screen had 3 big cracks. I had heard Fonefix Bondi Junction could repair in 30 mins … well it was even quicker… they fixed it in a phone call!I called to book my appointment and after asking a couple of questions the very nice gentleman asked, ‘Do you have a screen protector installed?’ And I said ‘Yes’. He said, ‘It may just be the protector that is cracked…take it off.’The screen protector had been installed by the Telstra store assistant when I bought the phone. I did not realize I could remove it so easily with my finger nail at the top of the screen. I did as the Fonefix gentleman instructed… and in fact, it was just the screen protector that was cracked! My phone screen itself is fine!The gentleman went on to say in response to my exclamation of delight, ‘There you go - get a screen protector for 20 bucks and you’re all good!’I was so thrilled and said, ‘You have just made my week so much easier (and my bank balance- even though the job was very reasonable at $150, I still appreciate not having to spend it!’)We both then spoke for a moment about how any other repair shop would probably just take the phone, replace the screen protector and charge me as if they had replaced the entire screen.I highly recommend Fonefix Bondi Junction for their honesty, authenticity and expertise. You won’t regret calling them.

My iPhone charging port was getting more and more unreliable so I tried to clean out some of the fluff inside the port. Unfortunately I made it worse so that the port did not function at all! Fearful that I had cause some permanent damage, I took it to Fone Fix and he was confident that I hadn’t. I came back 20 mins later and he had it working perfectly again for only $40.Very pleased with his service and his advice.

My iPhone was not charging. Went to Apple and they deemed it dead. Brought it to Fone Fix and the guy connected it and it started charging inmediately. I was speechless. He said that the phone gods live in the shop and sometimes bring clients presents - otherwise it's 50 bucks

My mobile dropped through lift shaft from above 15th floor to the lift pit and broke in to two pieces... it was nearly impossible to retrieve data as I enquire at few places and quote were very high with no guarantee... Apple told me I needed to replace the lightning port on myiPhone 12 Pro at a cost of $600. After speaking to the helpful bloke at Fone Fix Bondi I decided to give him a crack at it. 10 minutes and $40 later it was fixed, and now i know what happened i know how to avoid the issue in the future. Great service at a great price! I took my iPhone 14 pro to be repaired as I had dropped my phone and broken one of the camera lenses. The glass was broken but the camera itself was still working. I initially went to Apple assuming the cost would be reasonable given it was quite minimal damage. Unfortunately, I was advised that the glass could not be replaced, instead they had to remove and replace the entire back section of the phone, including the battery. As I had not taken out Apple Care, the cost of this repair would be $750 (or $825 incl GST).Before paying this, I decided to check out Fone Fix first to see if they could simply replace the broken glass. 30 minutes and $80 later, the phone was as good as new! I also had a glass camera lens protector installed so that hopefully I won't be in this situation again. Thanks so much Fone Fix!!
