worst service ever had in Hobart rude as .my wife was having egg and spinach ，plastic fork snapped and cut her fingers ，we spoke to the waiter or the owner suggest them to use other cutlery instead of plastics，he said he cant do anything about it ，its not like we want anything from you mate .imagine its little kids were using it wont let yous get away that easy.

The Market Place cafe sucksWhen I was ordering they didn’t pay attention and I was just waiting for 5min to get Long black so ridiculous. One of the staff even said to me “if u wanna order, right over there.” So i said “ I already ordered and i didnt get my coffee yet.” and they just make coffee after i said. They didn’t remember what i ordered. Also, other people who ordered after me already got coffee. Yeah they said sorry but their face looks not sorry. So terrible. Thanks for giving me bad experience on Honeymoon ;)

Ordered a dark hot chocolate. It wasn't dark at all. It tasted more like milk chocolate. Understand that this is at the airport, everything & anything would be overpriced. But for AUD7 a medium cup of drink, would expect them to at least serve what's labeled. What a disappointment ☹️

Haha, looking at the review gave a relief that I am not the only one , I wonder how they survived with so much negative reviews. It should be close.Anyway coming to my experience, male at the counter was looking like we are knocking an uninvited door, coffee? My c machine does the better job than that.Thank god I didn’t order any food !!

The woman on the counter was so lovely.They were understaffed and you could tell she was struggling but was still really friendly and we had a lovely hot chocolate and mocha.The chocolates in the display were nice tooNot sure why there's so many negative comments, sure it was a bit slow but with one person doing all the ordering and coffees it's to be expected.

Had a meal here before a flight; sadly the burger had a very thin piece of chicken that wasn't heated right the way through and had a hard / stiff texture. The chips looked like they had been sitting in the Bain Marie for days. Not recommended.

Happy staff. Served fast. Had a roast beef sub. To be honest meat to bread ratio is too low but the bread is good. Veg in there is pretty much decorative only.

At airport at 5.15 am to be told she does not open till. 5.30. Happy to sit and wait. To my surprise 2 men walked up not 5 minutes later. The staff member had no problem smiling and serving them. Maybe I didn't have the right equipment to b ed served and smiled at. What a rude end to a wonderful holiday. Maybe this lady needs another job.

The wraps were half cold half hot. The inside of the Sandwich was empty, only a little bit of filling was sticking out such that it looked full.

We enjoyed our croissants, toasted sandwich and coffee. Very friendly staff here. And very inexpensive (for the airport)
