lovely store and lovely staff! i came in here a couple months back to get my laptop repaired. staff were so nice and friendly, and i wasn't charged a cent for software installation. one of the staff members i remember in particular, an older lady (i can't quite remember her name) was happy enough to make small talk with me. funnily enough she thought that i was a messenger reminding her to spoil herself and her daughter for her birthday with pho! unfortunately i can't remember her face or name, but i'd just like to say thank you for such a good memory.i do recommend this store though! :-)

Absolutely ridiculous. Absolute Worst way to deal with customers, worst way to repair items. Worst policy structure ever.They CANT BE BOTHERED fixing anything. I have owned every iPhone to come out and all my products are apple. But honestly Samsung is definitely the better brand. In their software, hardware, reliability, and customer serviceI bought a phone directly from apple not even a year ago, and I had camera issues which I called for and they tried to help over the phone to which there was no solution. A few weeks later the actual lens broke, and then I went in to get it repaired happy to pay to fix both things and they said I’d have to pay $1100 or so. Or give them my phone and pay $800 for a new one, which is stupid because it’s just a small lens, so I got the lens replaced elsewhere on its own by an Apple Authorised repairer which took no amount of time as it was a small simple fix, on the other hand apple wanted $850 because they’re INCOMPETENT to change just a lens they require to replace the whole rear part of the phone, and then I went back and requested to just get the camera replaced for $309 as quoted originally but they refused to do so. Saying they won’t touch the phone anymore even though I’m requesting a repair for a faulty part and I’m happy to pay and they refused. Even though a week before that they were more than happy to take $1100 And fix the whole phone.Went down stairs to Fone Kings and bam within 40 mins my phone is perfect again no questions asked with warranty and original camera.APPLE NEEDS TO LOOK AT ITS COMPETITION.

Not impressed, I am trying to have my camera lens fixed and I have AppleCare +, I was willing to pay. Initially the staff said that I can just get a replacement on instead of fixing but then he said the systems thinks that I might be scammer so refused to process it on the spot. Instead I was requested to send the phone for five days “to fix” or I can ask for express apple care, provide my credit card details through the phone and pay. Seriously, I can give all the receipt and proof that they want but they did not choose to do that. Instead accusing me as a scammer who try to get apple care. It was paid? and the staff asked whether I was in US before and how long I stayed , I felt that it was an invasion of privacy and I don’t understand the purpose of such question. I don’t know whether it’s the staffs incompetency or the system flaw; but this is unacceptable.

I recently suffered an issue with my apple watch. It kept rebooting nonstop. I had never been to an apple store to get something looked at or fixed.I entered on a Thursday and got advised I needed a booking. I could have been seen two around two hours later but that didn't work for me. Instead, I booked for the following Tuesday. On arrival, I was met with great personalised customer service.My watch was looked at by one of the technicians and I was advised it would be sent away. I was lucky however as it was still under warranty and I wouldn't be out of pocket. I received a new watch as my old one could not be repaired.The total time was interactions 6 days without my watch. The service was amazing and the attention to detail for customer interactions was second to none. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I got scammed while buying an iPhone off of Facebook marketplace which had an ingenuine screen and the front camera was broken so I’d been into the store a few times for advice and making an appointment. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. When I went in for my appointment to get it fixed, I was told I was going to have to pay the same amount I’d already spent on the phone and was devastated as I could have bought a brand new one for less money. The staff member who helped me, Georgia, went and spoke to the manager and came back and told me they felt bad for me so they weren’t going to charge me for the camera replacement (still paying for the screen) and I was so grateful. I don’t make a lot of money so this was a massive help. The phone works perfectly now! So a big thank you to Georgia, the manager, the other staff who I spoke with, and the nice man who came and spoke with me while I was waiting.

Worst customer service ever. Had a product that failed within under 6 months and wasted an hour of my life just trying to get a replacement - which is a legal right. So many hoops to jump through which seemed to be trying to make it harder. They had stock of the item on the shelves but initially asked for me to come back in 2-3 days to collect - when I asked for a refund she did give me a new unit of the shelf. Overall the final person I spoke with was the best (if I had spoken with her first it would have been a higher score) but the first two made me want to switch brands

Excellent customer service. Really love the friendliness of stuffs , most of them ( whom I dealt) are cordial, know what they are doing and helpful. Though this store is around 25km from my home but I prefer to visit since less crowds and parking is easy at Westfield. Store is nicely decorated and you will find what you need easily. Most of Apple Store are awesome but this one is great.
